I'm going to start a workout plan and i'll be a beginner. i just needed to ask about some things about getting started. How many days out the week do you do aerobics like walking? For how long? and do you do an aerobic excerise before you start doing your weights and stuff? What's a good excercise plan where i'll see results? Finally what + how many days do i do aerobics (or cardio), rest, and do the weight traning excersices?
